Vijay Vincent is the Director of Business Operations of "Simon and Sons" company and he was one of the key member, who was involved in establishing the business along with the management team in 2016 right from the scratch and he has more than 20 years of experience in areas such as Digital/Print Publishing, eLearning, Printing, Shared Services, 2D/3D Animation, Healthcare etc.,.

Vijay Vincent started his career in the publishing domain and got the exposure in the production side right from Pre-Editing, Typesetting, Designing etc., and he has worked with leading players like SPS, Datapage, RR Donnelley, Reed Elsevier, Firstsource, Exemplarr Worldwide and eGIANTS.

Specialities of Vijay Vincent are in the areas such as Operations Management, People Management, Transition Management, Crisis Management, Ramp Up Projects, Project Set Up & Stabilization, Risk Management, Quality Assurance & Compliance, Six Sigma & Lean Deployment, Client Management, Pre-Sales, Business Development etc.,. He his trained and certified in areas such as Six Sigma, COPC, Lean Concepts, 5S, Transactional Analysis, Effective Communication Skills, Test Prep Project Management Professional (PMP) etc., He possess extensive knowledge on Business Analysis, SWOT Analysis and Change Managements.

Vijay Vincent a graduate from the leading institution Loyola College from Chennai and he holds couple of Masters degree, one in Human Resource Management (MHRM), the next is a MBA from a leading educational group (MBA HR) and the third one is an international MBA certification (MBA IB), along with that he holds couple of certifications in Computers & Six Sigma and he has undergone a special language training with British Council of India.

He is a regular participant of leading international events like London Book Fair, Frankfurt Book Fair, Abu Dhabi Book Fair, etc.,

Suresh Veeraiyan is the General Manager - Operations of "Simon and Sons" company and he was one of the core team member, who was involved in establishing the business along with Vijay Vincent in 2016 and he has more than 16+ years of experience in areas such as Digital/Print Publishing, eLearning, 2D/3D Animation, etc.,.

Suresh Veeraiyan started his career in the Training & Production and got the exposure in to Publishing when he joined Glyph International and later on he worked with leading players like Lapiz Digital Services, DiacriTech, Exemplarr Worldwide and eGIANTS.

Specialities of Suresh Veeraiyan are in the areas such as Project Management, Technical Training, Team Management, R&D, Vendor Management, C&A, Ramp Up Projects, Project Set Up & Stabilization, Client Management, Account Management etc.,. He has been trained and certified in all Typesetting Applications.

Suresh Veeraiyan a MCA Post Graduate from the leading institution Shanmuga College of Engineering, Thanjavur and he has undergone special training in usage of all Adobe Applications.

He is a regular participant of leading international events like Abu Dhabi Book Fair, etc.,
